Coaching Contract Terms, Conditions & Fees Whether a first or subsequent appointment, the following terms & conditions apply to all Chiron Life Coaching services provided by Edward Giles. It is important that these terms & conditions are read and thoroughly understood before confirmation of your first and subsequent appointment/s. As part of the coaching contract, you will be expected to formally agree to these terms & conditions by email, to signify confirmation, or by downloading, completing and returning the contract form - (See below). 1. The client attends/makes contact at the agreed time and agrees to end the session at the agreed time. 2. Missed sessions/cancellations will be charged for in full unless one clear working days (Monday to Friday) notice is given. 3. Clients attend sessions free from the effects of alcohol and/or drugs. 4. All personal information about clients will be kept in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to anyone without the client’s prior consent or as required by law. 5. Coaching is provided on the understanding that it is not a substitute for advice about medical, legal, financial or other professional services. 6. Session fees are to be paid, either via BACS, cleared cheque or cash, prior to the start of each session. BACS details will be supplied on request. 7. In certain situations, if required, feedback to client’s organisation will be provided, though only with the express permission and approval of the individual being coached.
